AV technician for our growing market within hotels and offices

RAW IT is looking for a committed and passionate AV Technician – preferably with experience – for our growing business within hotel and office solutions. We work with TV, AV, digital signage and streaming solutions for a wide range of professional clients, and we are experiencing high demand for our solutions.

Your areas of responsibility and tasks will include:

  • Service and maintenance of AV and digital signage equipment as well as sparring and support for colleagues
  • Ensuring stable and professional support for customers' installations
  • Responsible for new installations of TV solutions, AV equipment and digital signage
  • Setup, configuration and commissioning of display solutions
  • Active participation in the operations team with close cooperation with support and sales

And yes, you must be able to drive (B driving licence), speak fluent Danish and be proficient in English.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a minimum of 3 years' experience with AV and/or digital signage solutions
  • Understanding of TV solutions, streaming and display technology
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to understand and convey technically complex material
  • Possibility of travel days
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Technical understanding of network solutions and WiFi technology
  • Driving license for a regular car
