RAW IT is looking for a skilled team player for the company's Operation & Infrastructure team.

Your primary task will be to operate RAW IT's customers' IT environments onsite or from the office in Hørsholm.

In addition to operating the customers' IT environments, you will also be involved when projects are to be carried out. It can be anything from on-boarding new customers to moving existing customers to RAW IT's rapidly growing cloud solutions.

Your tasks will also be

  • 2nd and 3rd-level operation and support
  • Operation and maintenance of our customers' Microsoft server environments both on-prem and cloud.
  • Operation and maintenance of our customers' Microsoft 365 / Azure solutions
  • Operation and maintenance of our customers' network infrastructure solutions
  • Operation and maintenance of our cloud services
  • Planning the implementation of new infrastructure solutions for existing and new customers
  • Pre and After-sales support for the sales department
  • Reporting and documentation

You naturally take responsibility and go to great lengths for a good service experience. You like to be a bit geeky and proud of your knowledge. In addition, you are curious, self-driven, solution-oriented and love challenges. You are naturally passionate about satisfied customers and good results.

Your qualifications and competences

  • You have a relevant IT background - a relevant education such as computer scientist, computer technician or equivalent practical experience
  • You have a good knowledge of Windows Server, client operating systems, VM environments, networks, backup etc.
  • You are passionate about handling 2nd/3rd. level operation and support tasks
  • You take pride in delivering a good and well-documented piece of work
  • You know how to keep a cool head when a critical situation arises
  • You have good communication skills and speak and write Danish and English fluently
  • You are a positive, flexible and constructive team player - even when a busy day hits
