We found that our server was down this morning and good advice was expensive as issues (to me) seemed to be half complex. I contacted my internet provider when I suspected that the internet connection was not working - no response here four hours later. Then I contacted a consultant from a large consulting house who has previously helped me with the server, as well as also set up the system in its time. - he had no idea about such problems and was also on a course…

Then I called RAW IT to see if they could help. The support solved the problem very effectively in less than 1 hour! Was very competent and went purposefully to find a solution! The big companies only focused on which "box" I should put in, create case number and send price lists. So much praise to you and many thanks for your efficient help and great customer service!
